Manufacturing Capabilities
Custom CNC-turned components manufactured to customer drawings, from threaded fittings to repeat production orders. We review each requirement against the component design, material and quantity.
Threaded Components
Components with BSP, metric, UNF and NPT threads, manufactured to customer drawings and specified requirements.
Production Orders
Typical minimum order quantities: 200 pieces for stainless steel and mild steel, and 500 pieces for brass. Final quantities depend on the component.
A Growing Manufacturing Partner Since 2004
Dharmesh Engineering began with conventional lathes, capstan lathes and drilling machines. We introduced our first CNC machine in 2016 and later expanded to three CNC machines. Today, our team of 12 serves local and international customers with custom brass fittings and CNC-turned components.
We also invest in developing local workers' machining skills through hands-on experience. Our approach combines practical manufacturing knowledge, dimensional measurement using Mitutoyo instruments, and in-house pressure leak testing for applicable components.
We have regularly exported to Australia since 2014, shipping approximately two consignments each month.
