CNC Turning & Custom Machining

We manufacture custom-turned components and brass fittings to customer drawings. Our workshop works with brass, stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium and selected engineering plastics, supporting production requirements across a range of applications.

Typical component size: Up to approximately 50 mm diameter and 200 mm length, subject to component geometry, material and setup requirements. Milling can be arranged through external partners when required.

Materials & Thread Standards

Material grades and thread specifications are reviewed against the customer's drawing and requirements before production.

Inspection & Quality Practices

Inspection requirements are reviewed against the customer's drawing and the specific requirements of each component.

Inspection Equipment & Testing

  • Vernier calipers and micrometers for dimensional checks.
  • Thread gauges for checking specified thread requirements.
  • Plug and ring gauges, where applicable.
  • In-house pressure leak testing for applicable components.

Dimensional requirements and acceptance criteria are confirmed against the customer's drawing or specification before production.
